Welcome to Glamore, Inc. ("Glamore," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our platform, website at glamore.co, mobile application, or any of our services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Description of Services

Glamore is a beauty services marketplace that connects clients with independent beauty service providers and businesses. We provide a platform for:

• Discovering and browsing beauty service providers
• Booking appointments for beauty services
• Processing payments for services
• Leaving reviews and ratings
• Communication between clients and providers

The Site also allows users to join a waitlist for early access. Additional features and services will be made available as the platform launches.

Important: Glamore is a platform that facilitates connections between clients and providers. We do not provide beauty services ourselves and are not responsible for the quality or outcome of services provided by independent providers.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Registration

To use certain features of our Services, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be at least 18 years of age

3.2 Waitlist Registration

By joining our waitlist, you additionally agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information
• Receive communications from Glamore regarding launch updates and early access
• Understand that waitlist registration does not guarantee access to the platform at any specific time

3.3 Account Types

• Client Accounts: For individuals booking beauty services
• Provider Accounts: For individual beauty service professionals
• Business Accounts: For salons and businesses managing teams

3.4 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm other users or the platform.

4. Bookings and Payments

4.1 Booking Services

When you book a service through Glamore, you enter into a direct agreement with the service provider. Glamore facilitates this transaction but is not a party to the service agreement.

4.2 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By making a payment, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Service fees and payment schedules are displayed at the time of booking.

4.3 Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation policies are set by individual providers and displayed during the booking process. Refunds are processed according to the applicable cancellation policy:

• Free cancellation periods vary by provider
• Late cancellations may result in partial or no refund
• No-shows may forfeit the full booking amount

4.4 Platform Fees

Glamore charges service fees for facilitating bookings. These fees are clearly displayed before you complete a booking.

4.5 SMS Messaging

If you opt in (in your account settings or at booking), you agree to receive automated transactional text messages from Glamore (booking confirmations, reminders, and account updates) at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel and HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. 5. Provider Terms

5.1 Provider Requirements

Service providers on Glamore must:

• Hold valid licenses and certifications where required by law
• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage
• Provide services as described in their listings
• Honor confirmed bookings unless canceled according to policy
• Comply with all applicable health and safety regulations

5.2 Provider Payouts

Providers receive payouts through Stripe Connect. Payout schedules and fees are detailed in the provider dashboard. Glamore deducts applicable platform fees before processing payouts.

5.3 Independent Contractor Status

Providers are independent contractors, not employees of Glamore. Providers are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable laws.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unlawful purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Impersonate others or create fake accounts
• Circumvent our platform to avoid fees
• Scrape, copy, or misuse content from the platform
• Use automated systems to access the Services without our permission
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Violate the intellectual property rights of others

7. Reviews and Content

7.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit (reviews, photos, etc.), but grant Glamore a license to use, display, and distribute this content on our platform.

7.2 Review Guidelines

Reviews must be:

• Based on genuine service experiences
• Honest and accurate
• Free from harassment, hate speech, or illegal content
• Not used for extortion or blackmail

7.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

The Glamore platform, including its design, features, content, and branding, is owned by Glamore, Inc. and protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

Provider portfolio content and user-submitted content remain the property of their respective owners.

9. Disclaimers

9.1 Service Quality

Glamore does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of services provided by providers. We encourage you to review provider profiles, ratings, and reviews before booking.

9.2 Platform Availability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9.3 Health and Safety

Beauty services involve inherent risks. You acknowledge that you are responsible for disclosing relevant health information to providers and following their instructions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glamore, Inc. shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, data, or goodwill
• Actions or omissions of service providers
• Disputes between clients and providers

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to Glamore in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glamore, Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Between Users

Disputes between clients and providers should first be resolved directly between the parties. Glamore may assist in mediation but is not obligated to resolve user disputes.

12.2 With Glamore

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Delaware. You and Glamore each consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection to that jurisdiction or venue.

13. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

14. General Provisions

• Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.
• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Glamore.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
• Waiver: Failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.
• Assignment: You may not assign your rights without our consent.
