2.2 Information for Service Providers

If you register as a beauty service provider, we also collect:

  • Professional credentials and certifications
  • Business information and licenses
  • Portfolio images
  • Service offerings and pricing
  • Availability schedule
  • Bank account information for payouts (processed by Stripe Connect)

2.3 Automatically Collected Information

  • Device information (device type, operating system, browser type)
  • Log data (IP address, access times, pages viewed, referring URLs)
  • Location data (with your permission, for finding nearby services)
  • Cookies and similar tracking technologies

2.4 Waitlist Information

When you join our waitlist, we collect information you voluntarily provide:

  • Email address
  • Role (client or salon owner)
  • City preference (Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York, or Other)

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve our services
  • Process transactions and send related information
  • Connect clients with beauty service providers
  • Manage waitlist registrations and send launch updates and early access invitations
  • Send notifications about bookings, messages, and updates

  • Analyze usage patterns to improve user experience

4. Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:

4.1 Service Providers and Business Partners

  • Stripe: For payment processing and provider payouts
  • Supabase: For data storage and authentication
  • Resend: For email delivery
  • Expo: For mobile app functionality and push notifications
  • Analytics providers: To help us understand platform usage

4.2 Other Users

When you book a service, your name and contact information may be shared with the provider to fulfill your appointment. Provider profiles, including photos and reviews, are publicly visible.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

4.4 SMS / Mobile Information

If you opt in, we send you transactional text messages (booking confirmations, reminders, and account updates) at the mobile number you provide. Message frequency varies, and message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, or reply HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile opt-in information or phone number with third parties or affiliates for their marketing purposes. Mobile information collected for SMS is used solely to deliver the messages you opted into.

Booking history and transaction records may be retained for up to 7 years for tax and legal compliance purposes.
